Responsible party: Independent Sensaviora developer
Privacy and support contact: strikoziz@gmail.com
1. Who is responsible
Sensaviora's independent developer is responsible for the application and this Privacy Policy. Privacy and support questions can be sent to strikoziz@gmail.com.
2. Data kept on the device
Sensaviora stores the following information in Android app storage:
- Saved patterns and Mix sequences.
- AI feedback and best-pattern results.
- Application, theme, and motor-profile settings.
- Plan-limit state.
- The accepted Terms version and acceptance time.
- The name and Bluetooth address of the previously connected device.
This information remains on the device unless the user deletes it, clears app storage, or uninstalls Sensaviora.
3. Bluetooth and permissions
Sensaviora scans for selected compatible Lovense Bluetooth toys and uses device names and addresses to connect and send commands. On Android 11 and lower, Android may require location permission for Bluetooth scanning. Sensaviora does not use Bluetooth scanning to determine or record physical location.
4. Collection, use, and sharing
The current Basic review build does not create a Sensaviora account, upload app data to a Sensaviora server, use analytics or advertising SDKs, sell personal data, or share local app data with third parties.
Local information is used only to provide Bluetooth control, saved patterns, adaptive-pattern feedback, preferences, consent records, and plan limits. On-device processing is not transmitted to the provider.
5. External services
Opening an external shop or another link leaves Sensaviora and launches a browser or another app. The destination may collect information under its own privacy policy.
The current Basic review build does not offer purchases. If store billing is introduced, the app store or payment provider will process purchases under its own privacy and payment terms. Sensaviora should not receive the user's full payment-card details.
6. Retention and deletion
Local information is retained until the user deletes individual saved patterns, clears Sensaviora's storage in Android settings, or uninstalls the app. Clearing storage or uninstalling may permanently delete all saved information.
The current build has no Sensaviora server account, so there is no server-side account data to request for deletion. For local deletion:
- Delete individual saved patterns from Sensaviora Settings.
- For all app data, open Android Settings, select Apps, select Sensaviora, then clear storage.
- Uninstalling Sensaviora also removes its Android app storage.
7. Security
Sensaviora relies on Android app-storage isolation. No device storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect access to their phone, use a screen lock, and install operating-system security updates.
8. Adults only
Sensaviora is intended only for adults and is not directed to children. The provider does not knowingly seek personal information from children through the app.
9. Rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights concerning personal information processed by the provider. The current app keeps the information described above locally, where users control deletion through the app and Android settings.
Privacy questions may be sent to strikoziz@gmail.com. Include enough detail to identify the question, but do not send intimate pattern information, passwords, identity documents, or payment-card information unless specifically and securely requested.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if app features, providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated date will be revised, and material changes will be shown in the app where required.
